The Identity Level with Allie Casazza
The women who create lasting transformation aren’t the ones forcing change, they’re the ones who become the version of themselves who can finally hold it.
In this episode of She Wears the Pants, Ashley Deland is joined by Allie Casazza, bestselling author, behavioral neuroscience practitioner, and host of The Purpose Show.
And together, they unpack what it really takes for high-growth women to create sustainable success, identity-level transformation, and true consistency without relying on force, motivation, or burnout.
This is a deeply honest conversation about nervous system safety, religious trauma, entrepreneurship as a spiritual path, subconscious rewiring, visibility, healing, self-trust, and becoming the woman your next level actually requires.
If you’re a woman who feels stuck in cycles of starting over, self-sabotage, inconsistency, or internal overwhelm while trying to build a meaningful life and business, this conversation will help you understand what’s really happening beneath the surface and how to finally change it at the root.
In this episode, you’ll learn how to:
• Rewire subconscious patterns that keep you stuck in inconsistency and self-sabotage
• Build sustainable success without relying on motivation or burnout cycles
• Understand how nervous system safety impacts visibility, wealth, and growth
• Heal identity-level beliefs around worthiness, leadership, and self-trust
• Create lasting behavioral change through neuroscience and neuroplasticity
• Separate symptoms from root causes in business, habits, relationships, and life
By the end, you’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of how transformation actually happens, why consistency is an identity issue before it’s a discipline issue, and what it means to become the woman who can truly hold the life and business she desires.

Ashley Deland: Welcome back to She Wears the Pants, the place where high-growth women come to build companies that match their calling. I am your host, Ashley Deland, and today's guest is someone who challenges the idea that transformation comes from trying harder and instead teaches that lasting change happens at the identity level.
I'm joined by Allie Casazza, a bestselling author, behavioral neuroscience practitioner, and the host of The Purpose Show, a top-ranked podcast focused on helping women create real, sustainable transformation without forcing change.
Her work blends neuroscience, nervous system regulation, subconscious rewiring, and identity-level change to support clarity, confidence, and ease in both life and business.
And the conversation today is really about what actually creates lasting growth and what happens when women stop trying to discipline themselves into a new life and start becoming the version of themselves who can actually hold it.
Allie, welcome to She Wears the Pants.
Allie Casazza: Thank you so much. Thank you so much for inviting me.
Ashley Deland: We were just joking before hitting record how we have tried to come together now four or five times, and the universe, just wait, just wait.
So I have been looking forward to sharing space and time with you because I'm someone who actually personally has followed you for a really long time.
I have introduced you to my community before, back during COVID days. I had you as one of the guest speakers on IG Live, and I loved you back then and I still love you now.
And I'm super excited for all of the listeners to get to know you on a more intimate level.
Allie Casazza: Yes, I love that. Thank you so much.
Ashley Deland: You're welcome.
Okay, so to start, why don't you give us a little bit of a background on yourself? Because you have a wild, amazing story.
Tell us how you got into the world of entrepreneurship.
ince it officially started in:Gosh, I think I started that in 2011.
So I had that, and I was blogging for free. I was a mom of really young kids. I was raised in a very, very evangelical religious environment, and so I was kind of still in that and just stay-at-home momming.
It made sense for us at the time.
And I felt lost. We really struggled. I was married to my ex-husband at the time, Brian. We have four kids together, and we just really struggled.
I'm talking evictions and repossessions and just embarrassing, like lights getting shut off. We never had enough.
And then I really struggled with my coming into myself, coming into my power.
I've always been entrepreneurial, even as a kid, selling tickets to little shows I would put together to my neighbors, and then figuring out they would pay a dollar, so would they pay 20? And they did.
Lemonade stands, like I've just... I was raised by entrepreneurs. I've been around it. I have it in me.
But I guess I didn't trust myself or feel like because I'm a woman and the way I was raised at the school I went to, it wasn't so much my parents, that I could do that.
And so I just kept blogging, giving away everything for free. That's what the value I had of myself at the time.
And then things just got to a point where Brian's company had moved us to the middle of Arkansas. We're from Southern California, born and raised, and it was just like a culture shock. It was like a weather shock.
We were so unhappy. The kids were unhappy, which was the worst part.
And I just was like, you know what? I've had enough. I'm going to turn my idea into an actual business. I'm going to turn my blog into a business.
And at the time, my niche was very much minimalism, decluttering, simplifying life, very anti-counterculture motherhood stuff.
And so I niched in, and I became a very integral figure in the minimalism movement because those years were kind of when it was coming up, and there were no documentaries or books at the time. It was very much up and coming.
And that, I mean, it was out of desperation, like standing in the store having to decide between tampons and toothpaste with four kids around me. It was ridiculous.
So yeah, it was like the energy of lack launched me into the pursuit of abundance.
Everything, our entire life, changed. Our whole family.
I became the breadwinner. Brian still works with me now. He has a day job now, but he still does all my editing. We still work together. We still have the company together.
It's changing. My daughter is now doing creative work for me. It's just wild.
And then of course, since then, I have completely evolved the work that I did with decluttering and mothers. It got me really into psychology and the way the mind works, and why some people can do things and others can't.
And some people continue to go back to hoarding and others are totally good once I show them the way to get their house in order.
And your environment is reflecting what's going on inside of you and all... I just was so into psychology and neuroscience and ended up getting myself certified in all kinds of things and following that inkling and really just rebranding.
And I guess not really rebranding, but evolving my business and my expertise to focus on the root because the root of home, the root of motherhood, simplicity, life, how you are being, is internal.
So I would rather simplify, ironically, all of that.
And let's get to the root.
Ashley Deland: You must have gone through so many significant and deep transformations.
→ AD HERE
Ashley Deland: You must be a very healed woman, to be honest, because to continually evolve into those different elevated versions, I know for me, I have to heal that being in order to elevate into the next one.
What did you find was the most difficult part of that evolution?
Allie Casazza: I would say it's almost like what you just said, avoiding my inner demons, avoiding my inner shadow work stuff.
There was a time where I wasn't proud of who I was. I was avoiding what I needed to look at. I was avoiding the fact that I very much needed to no longer be Brian's wife. I wanted to continue being a parent with him and a friend with him, but that was so far out of... I was already evolved out of the religious upbringing and all of that, but this was so far beyond that.
I was not facing that.
I had gone through a really intense sexual assault, and I wasn't facing that. I was just burying it, and I felt so ashamed. And there was just a lot.
We avoid, right? And it's natural to just want to avoid because it feels easier in the moment. Obviously, it's not.
And I had an implosion where, for lack of a better term, I just blew the fuck up. My entire life. I was forced to look at what was going on.
I actually kind of shut down my business and disappeared for six months, which is really wild for me because I love, love, love my business and I love working.
But I needed to reset. I needed to take care of myself.
And then yes, through the healing, through the work... I like traditional things. I like therapy. I regularly go, but it's the deeper things than talking about it.
It's the actual looking at your shit and dealing with your demons and befriending them and realizing they're not your enemies. They're your guide out of the hell you've been living in.
Admitting what I wanted for my life and my marriage and talking to Brian about it.
We had actually been talking about it for years, but actually pulling that trigger and me being the one to make the decision and walk away and kind of guide our family into this next season.
And letting myself date, awakening that sexual side of me.
I had never dated. I'd never slept with anyone but my husband. I'd never been out on a date. I'd never been asked out on a date. I'd never experienced anything like that.
It awakened a feminine fire in me that I will never again lose touch with. I had no idea.
All of that comes into evolving and showing up online and showing up differently and learning what I want.
I was so blind from the way that I was brought up in religion. You are taught to disconnect from yourself. You're taught that you can't trust yourself. You're taught that you're evil, slime, useless, and there's something outside of you — a man, of course — that is all-knowing, and that's where you go for your answers.
So I became obsessed with my true inner self because I'd never really met her. So sad.
And then obsessed with learning how things actually work and the brain. My God, we are so amazing, and the way we are wired to work is so intricate and divine and beautiful, and I never understood it all.
So the past business and the trauma and the demons and the shadow work and all of it just melded together.
And that was the hardest part, dealing with my own shit and facing trauma and actually being in it, being in it and not knowing if there was really going to be a way out because it was really dark for a while, like severe, severe depression.
Yeah, I would say that was definitely the heart. It's the reflection of yourself that you have to look at in order to grow your business.
Business is so fucking spiritual. People don't understand.
Ashley Deland: I really feel like you are holding up a mirror to my exact experience with my journey of entrepreneurship.
And what I am learning in this particular season of my life is how to detox the generational trauma that was brought on from grandparents to mother that we hold within our DNA and our molecules and our energetic beings without even realizing it.
But I didn't know that you had that kind of religious trauma because I did too. I was raised in a religion that was a cult.
And so our stories are very similar because for generations, my daughter is the first one to not be born into a cult.
Allie Casazza: Same.
At the school we went to, Brian and I met there actually, so we had a lot to do together of undoing so much. And that's why he's like a soul friend, because we went through that together.
But Bella is the first one. Oh my gosh.
Sorry, I feel like I'm rabbit trailing a little bit, but she's 17 now. She's 17, so she has her first boyfriend, and they went to the mall on their little first date.
And she just talks to me, and she's like, “Oh yeah, I just had to set a boundary with him today because he put his tongue in my mouth, and I just wasn't about that. I did not say he could do that. So I set a firm boundary, and I'm just wanting to talk to him for a couple of days.”
This is a 17-year-old girl that has no concept of you're beneath him or you're not allowed to speak up or be careful, you wouldn't want any conflict.
I was 34 years old and I was dating for the first time, and so much came up in me about speaking up and saying what I wanted or didn't want and not being okay with certain things and not saying it and being treated certain ways by men.
It was such programming.
And just seeing that she does not have a lick of that, it's just so beautiful.
You and I, I didn't know that about you either, you and I are chain breakers. These girls came from us because they have a mad purpose that's a continuation of our purpose.
Breaking that from them, they will never know that oppression.
Ashley Deland: Literally never know.
And I genuinely say that about Ryan, my husband, as well. He grew up with such a beautiful religious experience, and you could not use the word God in our household for many years. I was like, “Don't even say that word to me. There's no place for him here. That is it.”
And through his patience and I guess seeing religion through his eyes, it allowed me to see religion and God differently.
But by 17, my mother had two kids. You literally door knock or you produce. You don't have a choice. There is nothing that you are allowed to do.
And I say at the end of the day, I'm here to serve, but I just know that I was chosen to be her mom as this vivacious, loud, audacious, like label me as a bitch, whatever you want, because I'm here to break the generation and break that historical curse.
And to show her and other women, you have a voice, you have a choice, you can use your story and use that pain and put it into power and purpose.
Allie Casazza: We really are the reason that the trauma happened to us, right? Because we only claim it so we can teach others.
And what a journey to get to the point where you're okay with that, even grateful for it.
The door knocking, oh my God. No one ever understands that.
The school that Brian and I went to was actually... it really was like a cult. It was a branch off of a specific denomination, but it was the same thing.
And we were literally taught, they separated the boys and girls, and they taught the boys how to balance checkbooks and start businesses and all of that.
And they taught the girls how to stay up all night and take care of a baby, how to cook, and that this is literally our purpose.
And it was just so confusing.
And then I've got entrepreneurial parents. My mom is kind of a baddie. They're religious, but it's not like that.
So it really messed me up. It did.
And now I truly, full body, from the bottom of my heart, would absolutely do it again knowing what it means for my family, for my lineage.
I've... I'm really spiritual now, and I've connected with the spirits of my maternal ancestors.
And feeling that joy, feeling their liberation, and knowing that Bella... She literally said the other day, “I really don't know exactly what I'm going to do for work, but I know it's going to have something to do with art because it just comes out of me. And I know that I'm going to be rich because the whole thing about abundance is my birthright.”
She just says these things, and I'm like, oh my God, if I would have known that when I was a child, what the fuck?
It's so worth it, and I'm so truly grateful for the experiences because of where it led to.
I feel like that's the cheesiest thing, but knowing that you can get to that point where you fully mean it is so healing.
Oh my gosh.
Ashley Deland: Yeah. I couldn't agree with you more.
It's like a wild journey, but worthwhile every single second of it.
And you know what you were mentioning before, how entrepreneurship is such a spiritual path. My analogy on that is... well, it's accurate.
But I feel like when people enter entrepreneurship, they do it in perhaps a naive lens on how much work it actually takes first and foremost.
Two, how lonely it is.
And three, how much deep inner work needs to be done for you to become the entrepreneur to actually hold the success.
And I feel like there's a lot of entrepreneurs out there that unfortunately the fail rate is really high because they don't understand the self-work involved whatsoever. And they're not willing to do it. They're not willing to do it.
And when we do it, it also means that we're elevating into higher levels of visibility. We're much more accessible, and it's so much more vulnerable because we're healing and we're like, okay, I'm ready to share messages and go on bigger stages and go on podcasts.
And then there's a lot of exterior demons that start to hit us.
We have very similar journeys in that way as well.
What was it like for you to heal your way to this place of being like, okay, I'm ready to be of service to the masses now?
And then the vulnerable moments of being put out there, and then again, similar, our lives being put on display.
What was that ride like for you?
Allie Casazza: It was very difficult at first.
From:And I think it's good that I did it that way and didn't stay in that dark mode where I disappeared and then just come back healed.
I came back when I was not... It felt like a psychosis. I got a diagnosed nervous breakdown. It was before, it was like I needed to disappear.
But once I got past that place and I was like, okay, it's time to face these things. It's time to continue healing. It's time to do the work.
And I talk a lot about rewiring, so the subconscious mind and neural pathways and how your beliefs and your behaviors and patterns are formed. All of that, I was living that.
I had already discovered that, and I was living that out in myself. And I didn't know it at the time, but I was kind of guinea pigging myself for everything that I created and teach now.
So yeah, it was very hard at first. It was very scary.
Any negative comment, any pushback, any being misunderstood or labeled a certain way would send me spiraling.
But I wasn't just like, oh my God. I was like, okay, why is this making me spiral? What do I do with this? What am I making this mean about me?
I had the tools now to do that inner work.
So if I hadn't been showing up in the mess, I wouldn't have had that mirror back to me. So that's why I say I'm glad I did it that way.
But then it became my platform is my biggest accountability station.
I am literally using my work on myself, and it will be very clear and obvious if I'm bullshitting or I'm not because I'm sharing what I'm doing each day.
I was 85 pounds heavier than I am now, and I used this work to wire in consistency around food and my body and the things we know we need to do to be healthy.
And that would come back if I stopped doing that. It would be very obvious physically, energetically, mentally, emotionally. It would be very obvious.
And so that keeps me in check, and I really feel super grateful about that.
So now it's at the point where I'm like, okay, I'm constantly rewiring. I'm constantly shifting into that next-level version of me and becoming her. And I'm showcasing that.
And I'm so glad because even though I'm a really disciplined person and I'm a go-getter, I don't know if I would be so forward motion if I wasn't allowing myself and putting myself in a position to be watched, if that makes sense.
Ashley Deland: Completely.
It's so interesting to be able to look in the rear-view mirror and understand why all this shit happened to us, right? Why the nervous breakdowns happen.
It's because we had to literally learn that layer now to serve others through it.
And I think that's such a beautiful testament to your power and your purpose, is that you use the bad to literally lead the good.
And I think that's a very rare attribute, actually. So I love that for you.
And now your work is completely different.
So talk to us about what you're doing now with the neuroscience and how it has turned you into the belief in the mindset.
It's all super fucking important for entrepreneurship.
But again, there might be people that are like, A, what is this? And B, how can it help me become a better her?
Allie Casazza: Yeah. Entrepreneurial women are my favorite to work with because what we're talking about, business is spiritual.
Business is a mirror. It's going to push you up against your limit in every single way.
So basically, I have become master-level certified, and I mean, I won't list them all, but primarily neuro-linguistic programming, master-level hypnotherapist, EFT, emotional freedom technique, neural energetic encoding, all kinds of things that are essentially just the neuroscience of the brain and behavior, how we are the way we are, why we do the things we do.
So again, that obsession from being told, “Don't ask questions. This is just the Bible. This is just the way it is,” to “I want to understand everything. Everything about the wonder that is the way we are.”
And so really, my specialty is getting women to create consistency with anything they want, and everything if that's what they want.
So you know the things that you need to do to have a healthy body, but you don't do them. The knowledge is not the problem.
You don't have the wiring. Your neural pathways, your brain does not have it set that that is the kind of person you are to eat that way, to move that way, to live that way, to do those things.
You can change that, though, because of neuroplasticity, which means the brain can change.
You're not a tree rooted in the ground, stuck. You can completely change your entire brain, essentially.
So neural pathways, that work is through these techniques, softening up the old ones so they can fade and the new ones can grow.
Once that new neural pathway is stronger than the old one, you've got a new belief which leads to new thoughts, new feelings, new behavior, new habits, new everything without effort, without trying, discipline, without force, without motivation.
I hate... That was the number one question I would get with the decluttering stuff and life stuff, like, “How do I stay motivated?”
And I was always like, I don't... Let me kind of try to figure it out.
And now I know you can't. Motivation is fleeting by design. It's meant to be a little surge. It's supportive, and then it's gone.
So when we're relying on that, you're really just bullshitting yourself. It's never going to happen.
The people that you look at and you admire, how they get things done and how consistent they are and how they're building what they're building, they also have resistance. They also have a lack of motivation.
It's just that their wiring is so that they don't let that make their decisions for them.
They feel it, and they move anyway because that's their wiring.
Whether they've had that for life... Some people are just like that because our beliefs and our neural pathways are formed from religion, childhood experience, society, the house we grew up in, etc.
So some people are lucky enough to have come out of all of that with that. Others, like myself, need to wire that in.
We need to use neuroplasticity to wire it in.
So my favorite thing is to talk about consistency and help women wire that in, because think about it, that changes everything.
You want to be consistent with your body or your business or checking your bank account, connecting with your money, doing the things that you know you need to do to grow your money, all those things.
Consistency is the root of that.
Everything you want is on the other side of super boring consistency. And that doesn't mean a boring life.
It just means you have a very basic, simplistic, repeatable foundation of the things you know you need to do to have that beautiful, wild, amazing, exciting life that you want with the body you want, the money you want, the relationships you want, etc.
And so what I did was, I had learned all of these things over years, and I was like, this needs to be... First of all, I was pissed that this is not taught everywhere, that I didn't know this before.
Then it was like, not everyone can put money aside and go and invest in studying all these things.
So I don't even know if everyone wants to understand it. They just want the benefits of it.
So I was like, how could I take this and turn it into something where it's wiring in for them?
Because the subconscious mind does not need you to focus.
When people say, “Clear your thoughts, release your thoughts, clear your mind,” that's impossible. Mind is meant to always... If your mind is clear, you're dead, okay? Or you're like a monk. So you don't need to do that.
The subconscious is always taking things in.
So knowing that, I wanted to create something with subliminals and hypnosis and guided visualizations and lo-fi work-from-home music that's actually got messaging in it that's rewiring you for whatever you want.
And so I created Becoming Her Collective, and that's essentially what it is.
I do little bonus things. I do series and stuff, and we do them live, so there's calls and stuff, but the heart of it is the tracks.
Women are obsessed with these tracks, and it is all topical.
So we were talking about you being sober. If you're like, “Yeah, I'm not really feeling my relationship with alcohol right now. I want to stop that,” there's stuff for that.
There's stuff for releasing weight. You should never say weight loss. The subconscious doesn't like losing things. So releasing weight. Sleep, insomnia, your business.
Oh my gosh, CEO Club is more for the business girlies, but it is like you can do everything you know to do. You can have all the strategy in the world, hire the best strategy coach ever, but if your brain perceives success and visibility and that amount of money as unsafe, you can bet your ass it's going to sabotage it.
You will not be able to get it. If you somehow do, you will lose it.
And I've done that eight different times over the course of my business through being overly generous and literally giving all my money away and keeping nothing for myself because I didn't feel worthy, to spending, becoming like a spendaholic while having a minimalism business.
It doesn't matter if your wiring is fucked. You're always going to come back to that thermostat, that subconscious thermostat set point.
If it's set to 73 in the house and you open all the windows on a hot day, it's going to kick on and try to keep the house at 73.
Your subconscious mind is the same.
If it's set to “I'm not worthy of wealth and abundance,” then whatever windows you open, whatever strategy and hiring this coach and doing this and that, it's going to work very hard to keep you at a lack of worth and that amount of money range that you're used to having.
So wiring is the root of everything.
That's why I'm like, we need to get this everywhere.
It's also not a narrative that's shared very often.
Ashley Deland: Because I'm a huge advocate for NLP because I've experienced...
I've done traditional... Ryan and I have been in therapy for 12 years because my mother had two divorces, and I said, if we're going to get into marriage, I am not repeating the same patterns.
So any kind of, I'll call it somewhat holistic modalities, I'm there for.
When I became an entrepreneur, the first time I got hired, a paid gig to be a speaker, I miked up and I had a panic attack, and I ended up throwing up on the mic.
And that stayed with me because I never picked up another microphone for two years.
And then two years into my career, which was literally 10 years ago, I started getting a lot more visibility. And every time I went on stage, I would get a panic attack.
So I started NLP a long time ago, and I had to rewire my subconscious mind in order to hold and receive the visibility and the awareness and the speaking opportunities that were coming for me.
And now I don't even think twice about it because I'm able to literally rewire that belief in myself that I am enough.
And the same way that you talk about consistency is the same way that I talk about discipline. It's interchangeable because you can literally say... and I always say that the most powerful thing humans have is a choice.
And you have the choice to be consistent. You have the choice to be disciplined.
But there's a reason why the Steve Jobs of the world wear the same thing and eat the same thing, because we don't lose the energy and the mental state on choice.
We can have consistency and discipline.
So I'm echoing and mirroring what you are saying right now so the listeners understand how vital this is in their life.
We get asked all the time, “What's the secret to success?”
But I have a boring life. I eat the same thing every day. I know my schedule. I'm a mile away, even on the weekends.
But that consistency and discipline is my secret.
Allie Casazza: That's the secret. Yes, exactly. And that's exactly what I always say.
ADHD is a part of my life. And I feel like a lot of people, I'm just going to shoot it so straight with you, they use it as an excuse.
I have very severe ADHD that I am not medicated for. And so the dopamine hit, the newness, the novelty is very big for us.
So I eat the same meals every day for a week, and then I do a new meal plan.
You can still have that boring consistency and make it work for your brain.
What I always say is everything you want is on the other side of boring consistency.
And you can't be consistent if your brain is wired for chaos and stop-start cycle.
You start, and then you stop again. You start... That's who you are at a subconscious level. You can change it.
There are people that are wired for consistency and discipline.
So you don't have a motivation problem or even a discipline problem or even a consistency problem. You have a wiring problem.
And all of those other things are just symptoms.
So when traditional self-help and habit stacking and blah, blah, blah, they're focusing on behavior. Meanwhile, it's very basic knowledge that all of our behavior comes from the subconscious mind.
So why are we not talking about getting to that root?
It's so annoying to me.
So this is the root of everything, and it is bullshit that it has to take a lot of time, that it has to be hard.
That's why I was like, no, I've seen it work. I've seen it on myself. I've seen it in the girls I went to school with. I've seen it on clients. I've seen it in my family.
And the people that I've tried this out with, I've seen it over time for years and now with members and clients, hundreds and hundreds of people.
Hit play, rewire your brain.
You will all of a sudden not be able to imagine the taste of beer, or all of a sudden you're wanting tea instead of coffee, or whatever it is you were working on.
It's very subtle and it's weird.
And just all of a sudden you're like, “I'm going to get up early tomorrow and just work on the business. I don't know. I feel like I'm just going to run with this.”
It's being wired in because that's the track you chose.
It does get to be that easy if you let it, if you can understand that it's okay for it to be easy and not this big, hard push, then it will be. Absolutely.
Ashley Deland: And you're so, so passionate about this that this is what you dedicate your life to every single day.
And you even do it in ways where people who cannot afford this can still come and learn off of you because every Tuesday you have your free classes that talk about consistency and stop starting over.
So yeah, I'd love you to talk about that a little bit for people who want to learn more and maybe one to three takeaways on what they can do immediately in their life to start rewiring that belief and that mindset.
Allie Casazza: Yes.
Okay, a couple of things that I like to make sure people know. Please, please, and it doesn't have to be with me, but please don't go on YouTube or something random and listen to subliminals or get a hypnosis.
I won't even share the horror story that always comes to mind because it's too long, but people don't know what they're doing, and they can fuck you up. And they will.
And people can be sadistic and put things in on purpose. I have a lot of stories that are just awful. Please be careful.
I wouldn't suggest doing anything like that for free because it takes so much training and it takes so much time and energy to make even a single track properly.
I'm sorry. There's just no way. There's just no way that it's correct, that it's doing that.
So there's a disclaimer that I think is really, really important. I don't think people talk about it enough.
And they're sharing like, “My favorite subliminals on YouTube.”
And I'm like, okay, this is literally your brain. I feel like maybe we shouldn't play so fast and loose with it.
So there's that.
And then yes, in my world, the best, best, best place to start, other than the podcast, is the Tuesday class.
It's Stop Starting Over: Five Steps to Becoming the Woman Who Finally Follows Through.
And yeah, I walk you through it. I literally give you everything. I give you all the steps. I explain how everything is working and why nothing has worked before.
And then, you have the knowledge. You've read the books, you've saved the posts, you've listened to the podcast, you've forwarded it to your husband, like, let's do this, all the things, but you don't.
So this class is going to be more knowledge, just like everything else.
At some point, you have to decide, even though this is the best knowledge I've ever heard and this changed my life in a major aha moment, you have to do something different and pattern interrupt.
The brain is patterned, right? And pattern interrupts are, it basically makes your brain glitch.
I like to compare it to the little girl driver on Wreck-It Ralph, the glitch.
It's like it literally is like that. Your brain is like record scratch, like, the fuck? Wait, she always does this and learns and takes in the information and feels new and has a big start and big motivation, fresh start.
And then she starts and stops and starts over again, but she didn't. She literally did something different.
Then we take that, and on Wednesdays, everyone that joins the collective on the Tuesday calls, if they so feel called, the next day we capitalize on that class.
The next day we do an identity lock-in session, and it's NLP and NEE combined, along with anchoring, which I believe is under the NLP umbrella, but it's an amazing technique that uses the mind-body connection to rewire.
And so that's locked in.
And then from there, you get in and you start listening to the tracks while you work.
Some of them you can listen to while you drive, not the hypnosis ones.
And just while you shower, while you get ready, while you're cleaning, it sounds like regular tracks. You're listening to chill music, or you'll hear maybe a little bit of whispers in the background because they're subliminal.
Some of them you can fully hear what I'm saying.
But it's like, you're going to be going through the day anyway. You might as well let your subconscious be rewiring to be the version of you that you want to be, knowing that it's from someone who knows what they're doing, that is not going to mess your brain up, that is going to infuse it with the most powerful emotive command tonality language, that your brain is going to absorb it.
It has to.
It's neuroscience.
There's nothing different about your brain that makes this not work.
You're breathing, you're alive, so your brain works in this way, in this area, the same way as everyone else's. It does work. It's just fact.
And that's what I love. It's not like, “Oh, will this work for me?”
If you're pressing play, it's going to work for you.
So yeah, you just have to interrupt the pattern. That's the biggest thing.
For your day to day, you have to, at some point, interrupt the pattern, and that is a conscious thing.
Consciously interrupting the pattern and stopping, letting that glitch happen so your brain is thrown off.
Because after that, it heightens, it pays attention to what you're doing next and notes, this is important.
So you're already forming a new neural pathway.
It's actually really simple.
Ashley Deland: Amazing. I love that.
Okay, where can they find all of the information for this?
Allie Casazza: Yeah. I will give you the link, but if you want to just type it in, it's just my website, alliecasazza.com/stopstartingover, no dashes, all together.
The site is there, and it'll sign you up for whichever one is coming next.
I'm doing them every Tuesday right now.
And then also, don't sign up for the collective on the website. I feel like I shouldn't say that, but I give a major, major, major price difference in that class every week.
And that's the only place you can get it.
So if you're gonna join, go to the class, wait for that, and just get the best deal.
And then the bonus is a one-on-one call with me, and it's free instead of paying $1,600.
Ashley Deland: Oh my God, amazing.
Okay, we're going to wrap this up because I literally could talk to you for the next three hours.
Our signature She Wears the Pants question.
So looking back on your journey of wearing the pants, what message do you want to relay for future generations of women in business?
Allie Casazza: Stop wasting time on the symptoms of things. The symptoms in your business, the symptoms in your behavior, the symptoms in your life, symptoms in your body, it's all coming from a root.
Get to the root.
Bosses don't waste time. They get to the root. They go straight into it. They don't avoid their shadows. They get straight into it, they handle it, and they move forward as they're healing.
Ashley Deland: Yeah, I could literally not agree with you more.
I knew today was going to be amazing. It over-delivered, which I feel is just the essence of you.
And you're a wonderful human fucking being that literally lives her passion and her purpose.
We are disruptors. We are rule breakers. We are generational cleaners.
And I feel very blessed and honored to have you on the show.
So I really appreciate your time, and thanks so much for being here.
Allie Casazza: Of course, anytime. Thank you so much.
